Pleasant establishment, breakfast with a stunning view.
Upon our very late arrival, we parked the car in the open and free parking. I called the concierge who gave me the code to enter, and the key was on the door of the room.
Simple, clean room, and upon waking, a view of the sea, the port, and the beach.
We discovered and enjoyed the spa on the last day, the free fitness room, and a discount on beauty treatments and massages if we are part of the hotel.

Stay in propriano
Very friendly hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the.port. there is a private.parking g to park. The hotel is very well located. There is also a spa. The hotel has a lift. Only small downside, I find the breakfast a bit "light".but overall a good experience. Address to keep for one.proximity time.

TO ESCAPE ABSOLUTELY!! Shame on Propriano!
OUTRAGEOUS! SHAMEFUL! Words are missing to describe the disastrous experience at the Neptune Propriano. It is a real SHAME for the hotel industry.
To pay such a price to be in a room WITHOUT HEATING, to shiver all night, is purely LAMENTABLE. That's total disrespect! The icing on the cake: the relocation was impossible because the breakdown concerns the entire hotel. Looking at the previous opinions, we realize with horror that this problem of heating and air conditioning has been recurring for months, but that NOTHING is done. It is the perfect image of this GHOST HOTEL: you cash in customers’ money but let the walls die without investing a cent. Purely cynical management.
Everything here is abandoned:
SECURITY ZERO! No night watchmen! In case of emergency or security problem..
DECEASED and dilapidated FURNITURE, no sound insulation!!it feels like we are in a hotel that has not been renovated for 30 years.
DEPLORABLE HYGIENE! The gym is in a repulsive state of filth, the machines are either BROKEN or DIY and NO CLEANING is done. Apart from the room (RAS).
LYING SERVICES: We sell you a JACUZZI that is, of course, out of order!!
This is an establishment that thinks guests are pigeons. In the area, there is much cheaper and much better quality. Giving your money here is a monumental mistake.
Two positive points in this disaster: Hearty breakfasts (charcuterie and Corsican cheese) and the young man at the reception who remains pro and kind (present from morning to evening).
In short, if you are not convinced by this review, go test for yourself: survival enthusiasts will be delighted! For others who seek comfort and respect, pass your way without turning around.

Feeling pampered in Corsica
Clean and basic hotel a step from the beach and with panoramic terrace, parking included and controlled.
Beautiful beaches and supermarkets (5 minutes drive) nearby.
Sea view room recommended as the aperitif on the terrace (where breakfast is also served).
