Nice Wheelchair-Accessible Hotel

We loved our stay at Villa Pantheon! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and willing and able to assist with our accessibility needs. The rooms were small but clean, and the breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Tired hotel

Tired, dog earred with graffiti on doors. Elevator is not secure and very slow
We stayed here happily 25 yrs ago and we honestly don't think they have improved a thing in all that time.

Go at you peril

Grubby reception area and even dirtier rooms stayed there about an hour whilst I used WiFi to book another hotel. Urine smell round toilet could smell shower curtain in bedroom furniture and room and bathroom need serious upgrade. Merrel on reception stole £360 from credit card even though room had been paid for. Was made to feel very uncomfortable as 2 women travelling together because we had same surname demanded what our relationship was thought i was in a muslim country not paris

Horrible

Absolutely to be avoided! I reserved by phone 12 days before my arrival, I had made the payment and received a confirmation email.
On the day of my arrival at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that unfortunately they would refund me because the hotel was fully booked and they were unable to provide me with a room, nor could they offer me another hotel as everything was full due to the opening of Roland Garros.
Although I had my email and my phone, they did not notify me in advance, and I had to manage to get a taxi and find something else at the last minute.
In response to my request for compensation (the only hotel I found in its place being more expensive than the reservation I had with them), they offered me... one free stay for a future visit with them!!!!
Let me tell you that I will not take my chances a second time at this hotel; I prefer to decline their offer.
To top it all off, I had my credit card hacked after receiving a WhatsApp message the day before my arrival asking me to confirm my reservation at the Villa Panthéon.
The receptionist informed me that they had a data breach and that it was a scam (the message included my name, first name, and dates of stay).

The young desk agents were helpful and kind to an American of first time in Paris. I was not aware or notice of any amenities - other than free water or playing pool. I just felt like I had a clean room and bed (although quite small) and like I was being watched rather than welcomed in the lobby.
