Perfect.

Hotel ideally located 10 minutes walk from the sacred heart and 10 minutes from pigalle.
Very clean.
Very welcoming, friendly and smiling staff.
I'll come back to that without hesitation.

The bathroom was so small I had to sit on the toilet sideways because my legs couldnt fit if I sat forwards. I had to leave the bathroom door open to stand in front of the sink comfortably. I am not particularly tall or large. The bathroom just was that tiny. Several things were broken in the room e.g the toilet seat and the safe but no one came to fix these.
They have an ant problem in the rooms coming out from old holes in the wall. We changed rooms but had ants in the next room as well. There is also a serious lack of sockets in the rooms so we had to choose between charging our phones or using the fan (there is no ac)
Before travelling we tried to contact the hotel several times through the app and email. Hotels.com even emailed them on our behalf but we never got a single response.
The location also wasnt as great as we thought it would be and we ended up spending a lot on taxis.
The cleaners did a good job and the staff were friendly but that's about it

The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly .
The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. With paper thin walls…. Quiet street at night.
The bathroom/toilet/shower was tiny, I mean extremely super super tiny… Unfortunately our room was just above the smoking area and we couldn’t open the window when someone was smoking below.
It was perfect for just two nights.
Breakfast area is really small , but the quantity and quality of the food was good.

Very suitable

I don't really understand the notes and reviews I had booked without paying attention, we were apprehensive of our arrival, moreover after 11pm
But really everything went very well, suitable room, if you book 13 m2 you can not complain about the size.
Mattress sure firm without real comfort and that creaks, but it passes.
It remains a 3 star in Paris decent.
Towels changed every day
Hearty but simple breakfast after it is 8 €.
Only downside street a bistro not far, which depending on the evenings can be noisy. But here ink we are in the middle of the ninth...

Terrible room, extremely uncomfortable and small, bathroom so small I couldn't even fit in the shower or sit on the toilet without being up against the wall or cabinet. The room was not clean either and the maid service didn't come everyday
