pleasant stay I recommend

I give 5/5 to this hotel! Very nice modern hotel, ideally located at 121 rue du Chemin Vert, in a pleasant, quiet and secure area of Paris. The location is perfect, close to the center and lively neighborhoods. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is open 24/7, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel!

6th floor room with no lift. No place to do any ironing so not recommended for business travellers.

Good simple budget stay

I stayed at this hotel for a combined business/leisure trip in April 2026. I thought the staff were friendly and helpful, and that the property was clean and well maintained. The bed in my room was good, the shower was great. The room was pretty small, but that's often true with Paris hotels. I really liked the location, off the beaten tourist track but with a Metro station nearby. The soundproofing of the rooms could definitely be better.
