Big disappointment.

The staff, nothing to say: Four different people (reception and breakfast), all pleasant.
The mattress was very comfortable... the sheets and towels were clean (even if the whiteness was no longer there), the restrooms were clean.
The breakfast was varied.
A major downside was the cleanliness of the room: dust, stains on the carpet, torn wallpaper in one corner, an unclean desk (a tray placed to hide it), a broken skylight on the room side, mold in one corner of the shower tray, and a sewer smell in the morning coming from the drain...
Even though the price was not excessive for Paris, it was too expensive considering the unclear details!

Great location and was on my own so felt safe as family were a few roads away
Nice hotel clean but rooms could do with little upgrade
Would recommend and use again

We arrived early and our room was not ready for check-in but the 2 gentleman at the front desk were extremely accommodating. They secured our luggage and provided a large list of recommended restaurants for us to grab lunch at. (We ended up trying a few off of their list and did not have a bad meal).
In terms of the room; we were only there for 2 nights with 3 people and it was perfectly fine. The AC was EXTREMELY needed and appreciated for the week we were there. They did provide an-all-in-one shampoo/body wash but I wish they had offered conditioner, body lotion and a few additional frills. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls from poor ventilation as well.
Overall, very convenient location, great staff and perfectly fine for what we were looking for for 2 nights.

I think this was a great place to stay in Paris - everything about this hotel was exactly as described by everyone that stayed here - the staff are AMAZING!!! The only thing to be concerned about was the shower/tub - it was really difficult to get in and out of without a safety bar as the depth of the tub is so very different from the floor depth. Other than this issue - it's a great location - and great staff!! I would definitely stay here again!
