Clean and central hotel.

A perfectly pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Very central hotel with the metro close by. Bed was comfortable enough but as with any central hotel, it wasn’t surprising to hear the rumblings of the metro below.

Very pleasant stay

The hotel had everything we neeeded for a 4 day stay, it was located very close to restaurants and the shopping center. The staff was very nice and informed was very well.

I don’t really understand how this hotels was awarded 4 stars, 2.5 and not even 3 stars level. Daily room cleaning was none existent. Absolutely filthy. Was make this visit a horrible experience was people came into our room not cleaning but stole 4 wedding rings from our room. We reported immediately to the hotel management upon our return to the room but no appropriate action was taken. We ended up running around to find the local police station and filed our report. Should avoid this hotel at all costs, don’t make the same mistake that we did. A thieving setup.

Top hotel in the heart of Paris!

I was fully satisfied with my stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, ideally located, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated with great taste. The breakfast is varied, generous, and of high quality.
The value for money is simply excellent. Whether for my business trips or for family stays in Paris, I have finally found my go-to hotel. I will return with great pleasure and I recommend it without the slightest hesitation.

Terrible experience: zero hospitality and zero humanity.

We were left speechless by the total lack of professionalism and humanity. At 11:20 PM, the hotel canceled our room, despite our request and agreement for check-in at midnight. The reason? The card was temporarily blocked for the guarantee charge. No real attempt to help us, no alternative proposed, no understanding of the situation.
Result: two people left on the street at 1 AM. There was no overbooking; they simply "dropped" us without any regard. This is not service, it is not hospitality: it is a lack of respect towards customers.
Terrible service. Terrible hospitality. Terrible management. Terrible humanity. Absolutely not recommended.
