Like most, I stayed here one night to catch the next day flight. Close to Gare De Nord. Location is great. A couple blocks from the station so not too busy. Staff is ok friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 star hotel so don’t expect much. Clean sheet , but smelly towels. I ended up used my own towel. No AC (I know ahead of time ) so it was a miserable night with 40c. Will spend more money next time staying somewhere else.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.
The rooms don't have air conditioning, and it was 38°C inside. They only provide weak fans, which don't help at all. When I complained at the reception, the man told me that two-star hotels are not supposed to have air conditioning. I paid almost $300 per night and couldn't even stay in the room because of the heat.
The next morning, another receptionist told me I wasn't entitled to breakfast. I showed him my Hotels.com confirmation stating that breakfast was included, but he still insisted that it wasn't.
The breakfast itself consisted of capsule coffee, a small croissant, and a tiny glass of orange juice.
Avoid this hotel. It's a total nightmare. And also they have a mold in the rooms

I have learned that most older buildings in Paris have some quirks, or have been adapted for modern amenities. Hotel du Brabant is one such place. The tiny elevator in between floors is one example. It was not a problem, but something we have laughed about many times. I'm thankful there was an elevator at all!
This hotel is in a really fantastic location. There is a great market just on the corner, and two major train stations in easy walking distance. And if you would rather walk than take a train, it still works.
This hotel was great for us.

Nice location, very near Gare De Noir. If coming from Eurostar , walkable distance. The rooms were not clean, Could not find a plug socket to charge my phone, Very small lift. Furnitures are breaking apart. Mould on the walls. I would opt if its cheaper and just for one night stay.
