Amazing place, close to the metro so easy for travel! Hosts super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

Terrible experience.

A nightmare, terrible welcome, room equipped with furniture dating from the 50s. I was told I had to consider myself lucky not to sleep on the subway side. The room is outdated (I live in Paris incidentally, I had to take this room exceptionally) you are not ashamed to offer this kind of accommodation to people from all over the world?! I'm outraged. Even if the room cost less than 80€ (we are in the 19th I remind you), this is no reason. Run!

Merci pour votre retour. Vous avez raison sur un point : notre hôtel change ! Nous avons commencé par rénover tout l’accueil et la suite arrive prochainement. Nos chambres ne sont pas toutes neuves, c’est vrai, mais nous veillons à ce qu'elles soient toujours propres et bien entretenues.
Côté accueil, notre famille tient l'établissement depuis des générations et nous avons à cœur de bien recevoir nos clients, comme vous pouvez le voir dans d'autres commentaires. Nous accueillons chaleureusement nos clients dans notre maison.
Pour le bruit, c’est tout le charme (et le bruit !) de Paris : le métro juste en face est super pratique pour se déplacer, mais c’est pour cela que nous vous avions proposé le côté cour, plus calme.

It’s perfectly okay for a place to lay your head at night. Paris is expensive so normally this is a 60€ hotel in any other smaller city.

Friendly staff
Reasonable comfortable room
Great view of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur
A little noisy due to proximity of fire station but in a way that added some urban atmosphere

lift only start at the 2nd floor, so if you have luggage you need to carry it through the stairs from ground floor to 2nd floor.
