Great location, nice hotel
Nice little personal hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Stayed on the 3rd floor with balcony facing the street. It's really nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is ok, a little less, but is plenty enough. The woman who worked in breakfast, was very nice. I'd love to come back. Good location too. Comfortable bed.

Good hotel in a great location.
Good hotel. Quiet rooms and a great location.
Only issue was a mix up between the 2 rooms booked. The superior should have been a twin and the deluxe should have been a double. I gave the hotel clear instructions on this but they got it wrong.
A minor issue which did not spoil our visit.
I would use this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel
Fabulous hotel. Really friendly and welcoming, all staff went that little bit further. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, exactly like the photos on the website! Good value with easy transport links. Walking distance to many sites if you wanted. Bring teabags if you like an English cuppa! Would whole heartedly recommend.

Loved the location and the foyer. The breakfast was not worth what it cost and otherwise we didn’t eat there so can’t comment.
Our room (203) was great. Huge bed, very comfy. Bathroom (shower only) was small but perfectly adequate. V nice. And 203 has a fabulous balcony overlooking the street - loved that.
Only small gripe with hotel is that yesterday evening we arrived back hot and tired and really fancied a small beer each to have as we washed, rested and changed to go out. Only one staff member around and she was on the phone at reception. I waited patiently for AT LEAST 5 minutes but she did not acknowledge me, made no eye contact and carried on with phone call. Eventually I interrupted her - and she did look at me then - to ask if we could have a drink. She told me the bar is completely closed till the morning. Pretty unimpressive - but more importantly she could have paused her conversation to tell me that a long time before. It felt rude. But then I was tired and hot so maybe (maybe….) overreacted. Otherwise it’s a great hotel and we may return. Other staff were lovely

This bright fresh hotel was a pleasant stop and well located for an early train from Gare St Lazare. Large (for Paris) well appointed room, delightfully decorated and very comfortable . Would recommend.
