Very friendly staff, great location.
This should not be a 4-star hotel though: very few amenities, should be cleaner, very small rooms and hallways.

Good experience in Paris

Comfortable bed and good shower, the hotel is located an 11 minutos walk from the Arc de triomphe, 20 minutos walk from galerías Lafayette, good public transportation 1 or 2 blocks away, the neighborhood has everything close like restaurants, cafe, boutiques and pharmacies…the staff was very kind, 100% recommended

Lovely stay in boutique hotel!

Lovely cute boutique hotel. Especially the staff was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were nice, the cleaning service made my room feel fresh every day and they accommodated my needs for a robe, extra ice (there was a heatwave) , slippers and extra hangers. Loved my stay; great area as well with lots of cute cafes and restaurants around.
