We loved our stay at the Citadines! We were traveling as a family of 6 over 2 rooms and these apartments were very spacious with a double bed and a pull out couch in separate rooms. It was nice to have a little space plus a kitchette for our stay. A bonus - the pull out couch is also a double bed and each side can pull out separately if you only have one person staying on it. Our boys enjoyed this since it felt like having separate beds but next to each other.
The facilities and the room were very clean (and I’m picky). The soaps and lotion available in the room were a nice bonus. A big reason, aside from space that we chose this hotel was the tub/shower combo. My mother is in her 70s and many places we found in our budget had clawfoot tubs. Beautiful, but not practical for a woman in her 70s who isn’t used to getting in/out of one.
Breakfast was great. A little varied over the 3 days too. The yogurt, Nutella pumpkin and coffee machine were our favorites!

Citadines locates near the opera house and Lafayette, Printemps department store,a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. The staffs are friendly and helpful,will stay here again if I visit Paris again

Reasonable clean hotel. Room given was good size but had to ask for it as we were first given a small claustrophobic small room with little sunlight. We were granted a better room as we were staying for 15 days. Staff was very friendly, bilingual in English and French and very accommodating. The kitchen was sufficient in utensils we needed. The location is excellent , a walking distance to Opéra Garnier and metro routes. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance. The elevator however is small and cannot accommodate more than 2 persons with 1 luggage each. The hotel also hosts breakfast period for the convenience of some guests that don’t want to go out and eat breakfast at a restaurant, but the food they offer isn’t much so it is not worth the amount . We got the room cleaned once a week as we were staying for 15 days. Overall it was a good stay

Location was great! Subway and bakery on the corner. Staff were fantastic. Our studio was perfect with a small but equipped kitchen. Unit had lots of space for paris.

Home away from home

Went to Paris with my son of 16 a few days and chose this apartment hotel. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in which was very nice. Check-in took a bit longer because our studio was not ready, but as compensation we were offered a free breakfast. Staff are very friendly and cordial. Studio was clean and fully equipped. Beds were good. Until about 23:00 some noise from the bar but after that it was quiet. If you need extra toilet paper or towels, you can just grab them yourself. Hotel is located in a side street and is an oasis of peace in a busy city. A home away from home feeling. After checking out we were allowed to leave our luggage there until we went to the train station. And again a very nice experience with the staff, really very nice people all! We will definitely be back!
