What a brilliant hotel!
Lovely clean rooms, definately had the wow factor. Beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing. Staff were very helpful . The car park was underneath, very narrow and windy, so it does depend on the size of your cat whether you can use it or not. Supermarket round the corner and lots of restaurants close by.

I stayed here twice already. It is a good location, decent prices for Paris.
Main issues are the personnel, quite rude, and the lack of personal iron in the room that means one needs to ask for one and then give it back and forth.

They will try to charge you extra

Safe location.
Breakfast is okay.
They allow early check in. There is no refrigerator.
I was told to get an additional room for my 9 year old non verbal autistic son. Do not go there if you are a family of 3 they will make you get an extra room even if your kid is disabled. Bitter-sweet experience.

We had a very nice stay, slept well and enjoyed excellent service from staff. Very nice bathroom and shower. We discovered a cute and authentic french cafe nearby, from which we could see the Eiffel Tower. After breakfast we walked there as our first destination for the day.
The hotel has a 24-7 gym room, which was great for us on late arrival. The only drawback is a narrow and steep hotel parking facility. I suggest using the hotel parking for smaller cars.
