We spent New Year there; the restaurant offers good menus, but the rooms lack soundproofing..

Being on a stopover package, a rather mediocre meal. Duck terrine, dry, Tex-Mex salad. Lack of seasoning. Only the dessert was good.

La soirée étape est proposée à un tarif très concurrentiel et le menu imposé.
Si cela ne vous convenait pas, vous auriez également pu diner à la carte...bien sur pas au même prix.

Pleasant hotel & restaurant in Ornans.

Friendly reception. We had a room in the attic with two beds. Everything was well-kept and clean, functional bathroom. Only the comforter was too warm for June; we slept only under the sheets. - The dinner was also successful: Hearty terrine of pork in a jar, as well as rich and tasty foie gras with onion compote. Unfortunately, the hare in Vin Jaune was a bit dry. The boiled ham with (a lot of) cheese sauce was fine. Good crème brûlée, unfortunately a bit cold. - But a successful evening with good value for money.

Simple and warm

I am the spokesperson for a group of 38 people.
We just spent a 4-night stay in this beautiful establishment. We can only thank the Doubs tourist office for informing us about it. A beautiful hotel, delicious cuisine, and attentive staff. We warmly recommend this well-located establishment and I would be pleased to return during my next trip to the Jura
