Hotel located quite close to the city

The check-in was a bit difficult, as there was hardly any knowledge of English. Our room was a comfortable size, as was the bathroom. Unfortunately, we regularly had a loud rumbling noise in the room from early in the morning until late at night; we unfortunately could not determine where it came from, perhaps from the underground garage. In the bathroom there were only 2 bath towels, nothing for hands. No refrigerator, electric kettle, anything to drink; in the entrance area there was a water dispenser. Breakfast was okay as far as it went. No more coffee selection at the coffee machine at breakfast, one could only choose a pot of coffee. When we left, the machine was working again, very annoying. The garage is extremely tight, hardly any room to get out.

Very welcoming stay with great staff in a great location,

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel in Nancy. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Place Stanislas and ideal for exploring the city.
We arrived around 6pm on a very hot day, tired after a long journey, and were immediately made to feel welcome. Helene on reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us with our booking and guiding us to the parking area. She and a young male colleague whose name we unfortunately didn’t get were both attentive, friendly and professional throughout our stay, ensuring everything was stress-free and enjoyable.
Our room was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view overlooking the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy breakfast, it looked superb and very inviting.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would like to give a special thank you to Helene and all the staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Really good.

Although the neighborhood is not dreamlike, it is close to the city center! It is new, clean, perfect! The reception is friendly and the breakfast is generously served. Nothing to complain about.

Clean but noisy on street

The hotel is clean and probably recently renovated, but very noisy for rooms on street. How can we miss this essential element of sleep so much? Light pollution is also high, because the curtains are not blacking out enough. So disappointed despite a good potential.

Well located hotel in the lovely city of Nancy.
