disappointment stay
I had a headache and didn't sleep well.
at the top of the stairs a poorly sealed gate dropped my husband who fortunately has nothing , our bedroom door that remained blocked.........
expected outside close to 30 minutes

Nice studio with a small balcony. Very quiet.

Ideally located and free parking in addition
The reception is warm, the parking in the compound is a plus and the residence is perfectly secure.
In July 2016, the hotel was brand new, beautiful but we discovered it eight years later, in April 2024.
Our studio deserves a refreshment.
I don't understand how we could install wooden baseboards on a tiled floor. The skirting boards are obviously deteriorated.
Cleaning leaves something to be desired (long hair in the bathroom, dust "sheeps" on the floor and along the wall of the towel rail, dirt around the hob and sink).
The instruction manual for the dishwasher would be welcome (I already used this brand in another rental, same problem).
Consideration could be given to providing a sponge and tableware (if only for the kitchen table and worktop).
There is no interior carpet for studio B107 (Mimosas) while the entrance has no protection from which dirt is inevitable at the entrance of the studio when it rains.
WiFi works but is not secure, it is a public network.
Good to know: the room of the studio B107 Mimosas is small and, although very comfortable, the bed is adjoined on two walls (consider its access a little "sports").
Apart from these inconveniences, I appreciated the quality of the reception, the kindness of the staff, the free private parking (rare in the area), the exposure of the apartments, the quality of the bedding, the double glazing that allows a perfect night rest despite the intense traffic nearby.
I guess with reversible air conditioning, the comfort is identical, even in the middle of summer.
My opinion only concerns a three night stay in April and I am ready to repeat the experience hoping to see an effort in cleanliness.
I recommend.
