Great Boutique hotel in Menton.

We stayed as a couple in one of the double rooms, it was immaculate and well decorated. The hotel is styled so well and the pool was a welcome treat after a day in the heat.
Location wise we thought the hotel was perfect, everything was walkable, even the station for when we arrived and day trips to Monaco and Nice.
I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

A Wonderful Hotel!

We recently completed a six day stay at this beautiful hotel. We very much enjoyed the pool, the breakfasts and the new restaurant which is on the hotel grounds. The hotel is walkable distance from much of Menton, although with the weather being so hot we did use Uber periodically.
The staff was always relaxed, attentive and very professional. At one point we needed some assistance with a health matter and found the staff to be most helpful. We especially appreciated Anne-Violaine spending time to help with a language challenge as we communicated with a medical provider.
We highly recommend Villa Genesis for a relaxed vacation and look forward to visiting again---maybe when it's not quite so hot!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. OK location.
The pool should get some attention (more places under the shade) and the restaurant needs working toilet, more efficient kitchen and some air condition. Delicious food, though!

We stayed at Hotel Genesis in Menton expecting the level of comfort that comes with a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing because the air conditioning did not work on a very hot summer night in July. Sleeping in the room was extremely uncomfortable, and this is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this category.
On the positive side, the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and did their best to help. The hotel was fully booked and they had no opportunity to offer another room. The staff would not offer a discount on the room.
A well working air conditioning system is a basic expectation—especially during the summer and particularly at a five-star property. Until this issue is reliably resolved, it is difficult to recommend the hotel despite the excellent service from the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Genesis and can recommend this hotel without reservation.
The entire staff was uniquely helpful, warm, relaxed, and at the same time extremely professional. You felt welcome from the very first moment.
The breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and presented with great care. The restaurant also impressed us with its outstanding cuisine. The well-maintained pool area invited us to relax and was in impeccable condition at all times.
Villa Genesis is a stylish hotel with a special atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back on our next visit to Menton.
