Nice hotel, triple room not recommended.

Unfortunately, there was disappointment regarding the room, particularly the double bed in the mezzanine: the manager reminded me that it was specified during the booking, indeed, but to access it, there is a ladder at a 90° angle, not a staircase or a slanted ladder! Going up is manageable, but coming down is very dangerous despite my agility!
We had to leave the double bed to the youngest, the single bed to the other adult, and I slept on the floor!!
There was enough space to put a second single bed or a double bed on the ground floor... a photo is not enough to warn about the difficulty of access.
Another downside: no door for the bathroom; for a family, it might be manageable, but the privacy with a teenager... is less complex to handle than the ladder!
For the rest, the hotel is pleasant, well-located geographically, and the staff is lovely, professional, available, and smiling.
The unlimited coffee and the garden are appreciated.
It didn't ruin our stay, but we won't return as a group of three.
The room for 3 people! A double bed on the ground floor or a staircase to access the mezzanine.

Sustainable, efficient, luxurious stay

The staff are very helpful. Adaptable services. Breakfast delicious, although only three choices available. Free hot beverages 24/7. Loved the luggage and showers available after checkout as we had an early morning departure and then a 6 hour bicycle day trip!

5-Star Accommodation

The area is one of the best places to stay, incredibly close to everything. A quiet neighborhood. It was a clean and comfortable stay. I recommend it to everyone. If I came again, I would stay again.

Been to Marseille a few times and I really like this area. Cute and simple but chic hotel! I really liked it. If I come back I’ll definitely choose Madison Juste again :)
