Good hotel, close to the Grotto, reception attentive to guests' requests, available and attentive to guests' needs

Fast restaurant service, staff attentive to guests' requests, good food, taking into account that we Italians are demanding. If we asked for anything else they satisfied us immediately. The friendly waitresses, especially the one with red hair, always smiling. Thanks, see you next time

Full board, on a pilgrimage

Very good in terms of the rooms and the waitresses at the restaurant but very poorly balanced menus. filling meals at lunch and dinner, dishes in sauce not at all adapted to this heat, no raw vegetables, no seasonal vegetables, fruits not ripe hard to bite into when there are any or orange!. Example: plate of lasagna with tomato sauce that gives heartburn as a starter, square of frozen fish small sauce well cooked? large dish of rice that one can no longer swallow(what a waste), a slice of Basque cake to finish and good night!

First experience for our group pele

There were about 15 of us. Hotel close to the sanctuary. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning which was enjoyed with the July heat. Kindness of the staff who do everything to satisfy us. The restaurant pleasant with an appreciable level of meals. Overall it's good. At breakfast, the choice is minimal but if you want wholemeal bread, just ask. Bar open in the evening with a wide choice. Next year we'll go back

Extremely nice staff but big health problem

We were very well received by the helpful and smiling staff! Thank you! However, when we arrived, firefighters were treating 30 intoxicated people. 2 days later, it was our turn to be sick! From our group, 26 out of 60 people were intoxicated. In one week, 2 massive poisonings question the sanitary side of the kitchen. Another group of pilgrims who did not eat at the Pension were not sick....
