Great place

Beautiful place. Quiet despite a vintage car group. We did not hear any noise. Clean room. Good breakfast. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant. We had to go to a restaurant in Gaillac because we found nothing in Graulhet. To be done again, but in the beautiful season...

Perfect hotel to discover the region

A friendly and professional welcome, spacious rooms very clean and in all points as in the photos, a breakfast more than correct, shops in the immediate vicinity and an area worth visiting. In short, a cocktail that was quite successful. We would be happy to come back. Thank you for your welcome.

Restaurant du Lac, Graulhet, a beautiful experience

Restaurant very nice. Clean, nice tablecloths, clean toilet. Very good value for money. Quality cuisine. A restaurant where you can have a good meal, spend a relaxing time with a beautiful view from the top of the coast. Thank you.

Opinions about the restaurant

It is unprofessional to accept a reservation one night at the restaurant reluctantly. Despite good products, the reception is deplorable. The boss took the plate off us, barely the fork laid; they were clearly anxious for us to leave. The lights went out and, worst of all, the heating was replaced by air conditioning, or at least turned down to the maximum. Anyway, I've never eaten so fast, even at McDonald's we stay longer.
What a pity because side meal it was good..

Bonjour Madame , nous sommes assez surpris par votre commentaire car nous accueillons les clients avec grand plaisir, y compris le soir, du lundi au vendredi, même si nous nous levons à 5H du matin, tous les jours, pour les petits déjeuner de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons jamais fait en sorte de pousser les clients à la porte. Je ne sais pas quel heure, il était mais je pense qu'il y a une mauvaise interprétation des faits, car le chauffage ne peut pas basculer en climatisation sans reparamétrer. Il y a 3 réseaux d'éclairage donc passé une heure nous réduisons une partie surtout celle inoccupée , sans que cela gène nos clients. C'est tout simplement une question d'économie d'énergie et de bienfaits pour notre planète. Je ne pense pas que Madame vous ait mis dans le noir. Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire concernant la qualité de nos plats et produits. Nous sommes désolés que vous soyez partie sur une mauvaise impression, car nous faisons tout, pour satisfaire nos clients. Je vous propose de vous présenter la prochaine fois afin que nous en parlions, si vous le souhaitez. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas manifesté cette petite insatisfaction, lors de votre passage en caisse, car nous demandons à chaque client, si tout s'est bien passé.

a very pleasant stop

from GRAULHET we stopped for lunch at the restaurant where we had a good time , a good welcome and a simple and effective meal , with a very good value for money and a fast service!
