Very good stay.

We spent 5 nights in this establishment, which we recommend without hesitation. The location is ideal, close to the city center and facing the lake. We appreciated the atmosphere of this hotel and the absolute calm that prevails there. We had the Marguerite suite, which was very bright, impeccably clean, with a whirlpool bath that we enjoyed during this rather cool period. Note: an excellent breakfast, very complete with local products. The staff is pleasant, and the values promoted by the hotel towards animals are very commendable. We gave 4 stars due to a price that we find a bit high.
We will gladly return to discover another room.

Great.

Superb modern and clean room, location in front of the lake, excellent breakfast with fresh produce, bone ham, red label egg, yogurt and homemade cakes, fresh bakery bread, small room with very nice fireplace, just know that there is no sauna, it is for a vip room.

Problem of heating in extreme cold

We stayed the night of December 31, 2025. Around 20:00 on returning to our room, there was heating only in the bathroom.
We were cold in the room.
The host person (who was also very competent) had completed his service.
We had no contact then.
The next day we were told that we should have gone to the Golden Tulip to ask for help. We had no idea.
We wanted to bring these facts to your attention, which was probably the result of a technical incident.
