Don't book this Hotel, you might regret!
We made an honest mistake when making our reservation. Because we were arriving late, we accidentally booked the night before our intended arrival date. As soon as we realized the mistake, we contacted the hotel and asked if they could simply move our reservation by one night.
The hotel replied that we had to contact Booking.com. We did exactly that.
Booking.com's customer service was excellent. Two different support teams tried to help us. They contacted the hotel several times and explained that we were only asking to move the reservation by one day. During the first call, the hotel staff didn't seem to understand the request. During the second attempt, they didn't answer the phone. Booking.com also sent messages to the hotel asking them to change the reservation, but the hotel never made the change.
Booking.com then advised me to send another message directly to the hotel, which I did. After that, the hotel stopped responding altogether.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the hotel had rooms available for our actual arrival date. We know this because when my husband arrived that evening, they offered him a room—but only if he paid for it again. Instead of moving our existing reservation by one day, they expected us to pay twice, even though there was availability.
My husband refused and left the hotel. He booked a room next door instead, where he was welcomed without any problems.
Everyone can make an honest mistake when booking. What matters is how a hotel treats its guests afterward. In our case, the hotel showed no willingness to help, despite repeated attempts by both us and Booking.com to resolve a very simple issue.
I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If you ever make even a small booking mistake, don't expect any understanding, flexibility, or customer service. Based on our experience, the hotel was unwilling to help, even though a simple solution was available.

No air conditioning during a heatwave
Pubic hair on the desk?!!!
Disgusting carpet, feet black after a shower
Stains on the table where the TV is located
Mold on the walls
No water pressure in the shower
1 large towel per person but no small one for hands, no complimentary toiletries...
No cook on Sat and Sun: snacking offered: tomato mozzarella, grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and ice cream = 25.95 EUR per person. ? Is this a joke?
Breakfast at 12.5 per person: not worth it, missing some products.
Summary: very expensive for the service! Avoid unless you have no choice
Honestly, I didn't waste time taking photos of the mold and the hair lying around... just passing through
