You get what you paid for

We looked for a ow price room and found one here. Pleasant staff, very clean room. Not sure a fat person would have fitted into the shower. We had a large balcony and could watch the world go by. Breakfast was adequate and bread very fresh. We ate in the tabac with local people dropping in. Hotel is conveniently placed to get to Eu, Dieppe, Mers lesBains, St Valery sur Somme. Not a holiday destination but good en route

To avoid

We should have read the reviews of other travelers before booking.
The hosts: Two young people who are completely overwhelmed and unmotivated.
The welcome: We had booked by phone and were arriving by bike. We were promised a place to store them. It seems that no written record was kept following our reservation.
The welcome is done through a bar, tobacco shop, and newspaper stand. It feels like we are bothering them. We have to insist for them to take care of us. It seems to be a problem for them to find our key. They offer to park the bikes in the hotel reception area, which is rather cramped.
They take us to a building on the other side of the street. Access is through a small courtyard overgrown with weeds and littered with trash.
The room: dusty nightstand. Stained walls and ceilings. Ceiling has holes in several places. Doubtful floor. Closet stained with moisture.
Toilets: the wall tiles are stained, and we dare not guess what from.
Bathroom: I run the sink, it empties onto the floor, splashing my feet. The tiles between the bathtub and the bidet are stained. The shower screen does not prevent the bathroom from flooding.
At the bar, I was sold a weekly magazine from last week.
The two young people responsible for the reception and at the same time for the tobacco-bar-newsstand do not know how to respond to the comments I make to them.
They seem to be employees left to their own devices and completely bewildered.

I do not recommend this hotel

Unhealthy room, soundproofed, cleaned quickly, no heating while we reported it... very difficult communication with the bosses.... fortunately the price is correct and the hotel is well located to visit the Bay of Somme!!!

Horror. Fuyez.

First, we came to the Pension door, which is actually useless since the reception is done at the same time as the other guests. After a few minutes we picked up the key and were told that our room was in an annex building opposite the Pension. And then, past the front door of this "building" we climb a staircase to the yellow wall past. The room; what to say? Pink stained walls, a disjointed cabinet that barely stands with dust and other dirt inside, a broken bedside lamp wall switch, a tiny table with 2 plastic chairs. The bathroom with mold. The shower cabin with moldy and undone joints. The shower door that we open with both hands. This Pension is unworthy. No Recommendations.

Avis sur l hôtel le relais à eu

Chambre pas du tout insonorisée attendez vous de vivre avec les voisins !! On entend vraiment tout quand les voisins prennent leur douche, vont aux toilettes quand ils parlent normalement, la tv et j en passe....
Quand au ménage très très superficiel, la douche impossible de régler la température de l'eau elle était bouillante
Une seule prise dans la chambre pour changer les téléphones c est galère.
Mauvaise odeur dans la cage d escalier et la chambre sent l humidité.
Heureusement que le prix n'est pas trop élevé ça ne vaut pas plus !
