Strongly recommended

We rent 2 apartments for a week in May'2022. They are very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic - the center of Epernay, close to every significant place in the city. There are a few possibilities car parking. And the most important maybe, Melissa and Mahim and really great host! Service was fantastic, conversations were friendly and clear, hospitality, commitment and responsiveness. Definitely we'll rent these apartments nest time also.

Very disappointing, we left within 2 hours, this is more like student accommodation. Pictures are deceptive.

I do not write negative reviews. But I feel I have to here - for future travellers.
This was a very disappointing experience, we not even stay, we left within 2 hours of arriving at the property.
What is most annoying are the web-site pictures - they are extremely deceptive.
Honestly, this is more like decent student accommodation, no more (I've attached some pictures);
To start the front door on the street in grubby.
The apartment is smaller than its seems on the pictures.
Horrid stains on the carpet.
The washing machine is in the bathroom (you can't see it in the pictures) it pokes out.
The towels were old, scratchy and the hand-towel smelt stale.
Minuscule amount of toilet roll.
Outside area was very untidy.
Now, I did send comments to the owners, but they said because we left nothing they could do.
Fair enough.
But we could not stay there.
