Very good experience!

We stopped in Dinan and spent the night at this establishment. Very warm welcome upon our arrival, very nice apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom within a senior residence. Our apartment also had a large balcony with a view of a very, very quiet square. The next day, we had our breakfast. The pastries, bread, and fruits were extremely fresh! A true delight! Salted butter (of course), jam, cereals, but also savory options, and the possibility to cook eggs, as well as coffee, milk, orange juice, etc. The restaurant room is also very pleasant and bright, and it was a pleasure to meet some residents in the elevator and in the hallways, who were always delighted to chat with our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Congratulations to the establishment for the service!

It's an old people's home where some of the rooms have been allocated as hotel rooms. They're mixed throughout the building.
Room was spacious & clean, as were communal areas.
Air-conditioning didn't work and I had a very uncomfortable night.
Breakfast was good quality.
Staff were friendly but check-in was on the bizarre side. .
