To flee

If you like cockroaches, cockroaches and other beetles this is the perfect place.
The hotel *** and the thermal baths are infested....
Poor food and 2 choices possible. Nothing is homemade. Assembly of products. Wifi passable.
2 water fountains (free) including 1 in the thermal baths (open only in the morning from L to S) and in the TV room (when it is open...., it is also used for training or meetings.
Outdated equipment of the baths.....in short, to flee. .
Only strength: good bedding.

disastrous

I really believed it at this hotel, "Grand Hotel" as the name suggests. I went to cure for 23 days, The room no refrigerator, the food, that industrial and frozen, lunch and dinner, it's the same, but the worst was to come, BLATTES in the room twice, I requested a disinfection of the room, I was not the only one, other residents had the same inconvenience, I asked my husband to send me products to destroy the cockroaches, and the manager reimbursed me the products. I would never go to this hotel, it's a shame because the location is very good, but unfortunately this hotel would need to be upgraded. B.I

Cure at the Grand Hotel Dax

I just had a cure at the grand hotel for three weeks. I want to warn people who want to go. First of all the welcome is not there , no information given and lack of benevolence. It is a 3-star hotel, no fridge in the room even no water bottles. Especially since during rehab, they ask me to drink a lot. They tell me that the shutters are broken, they could have fixed them and they tell me that cleaning is done every 2 days. Then meals are infective all dishes are industrial. I remind you that this is a 3-star hotel that deserves one. That's my disappointment.

Weekend in Dax to spend with my wife, hotel from another era, restaurant lousy, salad as a starter, salad as a hot main course

Decent hotel, room at 69 euros, small but comfortable, terrible evening meal, gizzard salad as a starter, mousseline puree plus salad, exotic frozen dessert, 26 euros for a shameful menu, passable wine. We will no longer dine in a restaurant.
