Perfection!

Perfection in every possible way. The garden and grounds, the room, the breakfast, the pool, the staff- only superlatives can be ascribed to each.Collioure is a busy town , and since the hotel is nestled in it, it’s a true oasis of tranquility. Highly recommended..

Very satisfied with our stay

Very beautiful hotel with impeccable service. We were staying in room 23. The only small downside concerns the glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom, which lacks a bit of privacy.
We particularly appreciated the availability of the team: a manager found us a sea excursion for the next day, a service that we appreciated enormously.
Another very positive point: the possibility of parking my motorcycle in the lobby. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness!

Great location, basic accommodation

The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff are very friendly.
The pool and area have been newly refurbished and are really nice.
The sunbed area is quite crowded but then it is a town centre hotel.
On paying £270 we were very disappointed when we were shown to our room along a shabby communal staircase and corridors which did not match any other hotel refurb. Our room was very small and the bathroom was in the room/screened off. The aircon was good which was great as it was about 35 degrees outside but bcos it was working so hard a towel had been crammed into the gap above the door to stop it dripping. The main hotel was quite French old worldy which is ok if you like that style. Overall a lot of money for very basic accommodation.

High quality hotel with exceptional service

The most wonderful hotel run on the basis of high-quality service, high attention to guests which you don’t find much in the world anymore. Lovely lady manager constantly around. Beautiful gardens with breakfast under huge magnolia tree and everything you ever wanted for breakfast. Were very lucky to have had experience of two piano performances during breakfast in the garden by high level performers attending a competition. Hotel super quiet, at least in rooms overlooking the garden, but five minutes walk to the beach and all restaurants. Tourist bureau with unusually very friendly and helpful staff just around the corner as well as a well stocked Carrefour where you can squeeze your own orange juice.
