It is truly a shame…

We came to ask for advice and pose questions for a night’s stay, but we were very disappointed by the welcome. The person we addressed seemed to mock us and laughed openly in front of us, which was very uncomfortable.
She also showed herself to be very unpleasant towards the housekeeper, even going so far as to say to her in front of us: "Well, are you done here?????" in a completely disrespectful tone.
This is all the more regrettable because the housekeeper was doing remarkable work, with a lot of seriousness and professionalism.
This general attitude is not professional at all and does not correspond to the image one expects from a welcoming establishment.
In contrast, the young person present at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, which makes the contrast even more striking.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed in the self-catering accommodation while attending a table tennis training camp at the nearby Hennebont Ping Centre. Accommodation was excellent and we used the swimming pool everyday. The restaurant was very good. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff were all extremely helpful.

Proper welcome
Triple room in accordance with an ibis.
The hotel does not deserve the ibis style rating!! Very simple decoration.
Classic ibis breakfast. Teas palace teas, a plus.
Restaurant, good value for money. A small appetizer would have been welcome.

All right!

Hotel near the main road, with outdoor pool, sauna and indoor steam room. The room is well adapted. A little extra with blue lighting. A little less for flushing where waste has trouble leaving...overall satisfactory
