Authenticity and conviviality at the rendezvous

We discovered this place by chance on Google Maps. It is a real jewel in the heart of the Corsican mountains. The host, Michel, is really fantastic, full of humor, kindness and generosity, very concerned with the well-being of his guests. He is passionate. The place is clean, maintained, comfortable and the view is breathtaking. We can only recommend staying there - and if you do, take the Corsican dinner option one night, it is an unmissable unique experience. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay

Beautiful misty spring stay and nice little simple breakfast with coffee

4 friends on a road trip over Corsica and we were very happy with our stopover here.
Great dinner recommendation for Corte, very friendly and respectful host-- would stay again -- comfortable beds , well appointed common kitchen. Beautiful quiet setting out in the country.

A little corner of paradise in Corsica

Beautiful experience
in the heart of Corsica. My husband and I stayed here between 7 and 12 August. The location of the structure is splendid, in the middle of the mountains, in the silence, with the scents of mountain herbs and the magnificent night stars. The hospitality and kindness of the manager and owner of the structure, Michel Colonna, is delightful. Fantastic breakfast on the terrace, in the company of the other guests, Michel and his wonderful dog Corsu. Really recommended.

Nice B&B

A Pianella is a nice B&B, situated in a green valley, a 10 minutes drive north of Corte, on the main road to Castirla. The owners are very friendly. They serve a good breakfast in the morning! Room and bathroom were clean and of a good size. The see-through curtain at the bathroom door made a visit to the bathroom not very private, though. For eating options you need to go to Corte.

A great B and B in the heart of Corsica

We enjoyed two nights at this chambre d'hôte and highly recommend it for the views, quiet location, proximity to Corte, guest facilities. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with suggestions for restaurants, walks and places to visit. The hospitality was very generous, in particular the table d'hôte where we enjoyed several delicious home cooked courses with local wine and cheeses. It was one of the highlights of our visit to Corsica to spend time with Paul and Sylvie in their home and to learn about the Corsican life and culture.
