Great stay for a few days in Cannes

Great calm location with free big parking lot in Cannes. Clean, calm and fantastic staff gave me an upgrade to a wonderful room!

You really should not have a room for rental when there has been a water leak and the room smells bad and is full of humidity. In addition the Air Condition is noisy. I had to check in at another hotel for my second night. This is as bad as it could get. I informed the hotel by mail and sms and never got a reply.

They do not respect the customer, to avoid.

Booked one night with Booking for the bridge of Saints we found a structure practically closed to the public, without staff on duty, without any possibility of telephone contacts at the number that had been communicated (always in the secretary).
Fragmented receipts and delayed information we could not enter the structure accessible only through a secret code not communicated at the time of booking.
Having found it impossible to resolve the situation positively, we obviously booked another hotel in the center of Cannes since we were also on a motorcycle.
What has happened is truly deplorable and the motives given by these gentlemen to justify their non-existent professionalism are even more shameful.

Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster
The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key.
The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.
