Really lovely stay. Opposite the train station and about 8 min walk to the beach. Room was cute and clean. My room had a small balcony with bistro table and chairs. My first time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. The lobby was nice but the where not. In the listing on Hotels they only show the expensive room. We had the cheapest one and the room itself felt so dirty and cheap. The paint job in the trim was awful and the door had a so thick layer of paint on it that it wouldn’t even close properly and it didn’t even have a lock. The show space wasn't even properly cleaned and you could stil se some black mold? By the door. The shower door also didn’t work properly. The interior and quality of the trim don’t deserve 4 star. What do dessverre 4 star was the workers and their service, they were really nice and offered us help when we needed it. The location was really good. All in all the rom was not 4 stars worthy and the same brand hotel in nice is more worthy of your money (crisol mozart)

The Hotel for the price during a peak was well worth it. The location is incredible you can walk anywhere within 4min. It’s well appointed spacious rooms and clean. The Buffett for $15 is a little lackluster the eggs not sure what they were and no fresh fruit other than an Apple, but coffee and pastry selection were fine. In my opinion in town will cost you about the same. I had 3 cafe and pastry’s, cheese. (Breakfasts out was $20 euro.) The buffet room was cold for my liking especially for Cannes wear a sweater if you get cold.
I would definitely recommend the hotel. Do keep in mind you are 1 street from the tourist normal area. Train station is directly across the street perfect if you are coming and going from the station.

Outdated and very dirty rooms, hair in bed, stains on towels
The hotel is very centrally located, right across from the train station, which is convenient for exploring the city. The common areas are the most updated parts of the hotel, but overall this is definitely no more than a 1 star/motel experience.
The room is very small, the bathroom is okay, but everything feels outdated. The biggest issue is the carpet smell in the room — thankfully we can open the window for fresh air. The bed sheets were not changed, hair everywhere, we asked for new bedsheets to change them. Horrible place. We are staying in Room 101 for 4 nights, and the window opens directly onto the back patio, which also feels lacking in privacy and security.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Poor
Very bad experience at this hotel in Cannes.
Check-in is extremely long, which already sets the tone. Arriving in the room: hair and hair in the bed, but also in the bathroom (on the toilet and sink, right next to the glass to drink...). Clearly unacceptable level of hygiene.
So I ask to change rooms: I am first offered a room with water damage, then another tiny and frankly mediocre. Finally, the next day I was rehoused in a “better” room... but with a very strong smell of bleach, to the point of giving migraines.
For a hotel in Cannes, it is a real shame.
The establishment had undertaken to reimburse me part of the stay to compensate for the inconvenience. Result: more than a month later, no return or refund.
Unbearable experience. I strongly advise against it.
