Owner threatened to stop me from leaving the country

The owner of this hotel is absolutely unhinged.
She sent me a completely inappropriate message threatening me with legal action and to (somehow?) keep me from leaving the country.
Seriously, do not support this place. People thinking this kind of behavior is acceptable (and that they can get away with it) is what's wrong with the world today.

Excellent stay

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel in a room with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Every day, the coffee capsules provided for the machine in the room are replenished. Excellent cleanliness and all new and well-maintained environments. There is also a small but delightful pool, very convenient for refreshing upon returning to the hotel. Car parking included in the price. Very kind and welcoming staff, always available. The location is a bit out of the way, but you can easily reach the center and the port on foot. Great hotel, I recommend it.

A simply perfect stay!
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and kindness. You immediately feel a family atmosphere, as if you are part of the place — this is very rare and incredibly appreciated.
The hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness: everything is spotless, carefully attended to in every detail, which immediately instills confidence.
The facilities are modern, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything is designed for the well-being of the guests, whether for relaxation or to fully enjoy the stay.
Special mention for the welcome of young children: everything is adapted, the team is very attentive, caring, and kind. You can feel that families are truly welcome, which makes the stay even more serene and enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere is both elegant and friendly, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
A huge congratulations to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality — it is clearly what makes all the difference. We will return without hesitation!
