Misleading photos: horror hut full of crevices and spiders

Slept in the car four out of five nights because the spiders were hanging five inches from our heads.
The photos are misleading: the hut has large crevices and is therefore full of spiders. The large and old cobwebs also indicate a poor cleaning.
When reported, we were laughed at rather than helped. The cleaning lady took an arrogant attitude and our problem was ignored.
Weeks of laborious communication about just compensation ended in a frankly rude dismissal by the owner himself.
