HOTEL TO RECOMMEND
Recent hotel, friendly welcome, very good bedding, and room in line with what is usually found at IBIS. The breakfast offers savory, sweet, and a wide variety of products. The hotel is located near the city center and the train station. A parking space can be offered nearby. One small downside regarding the lighting in the rooms. The decoration is very beautiful, the lamps match it, but why use bulbs with such low intensity that they don't even allow reading when lying down? It's a shame; without that, it would have been flawless.

The rooms though small were clean and comfortable. The roof top dining was great especially on rainy days.

Perfect Ibis Style!
Great hotel with good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had some problems charging our electric car and the receptionist helped us very well and pleasantly. Also the breakfast staff was very attentive and sympathetic. Breakfast had a wide choice of delicious sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and various cheeses and cold cuts. The room was spick and span; super clean, modern, with a good bed, fine air conditioning and a lovely shower. We have always been a fan of Ibis Style hotels but this hotel is really one of the best we have stayed in so far!

Nice modern comfortable hotel
Good hotel modern and comfortable
The one thing is the bathroom drain really smelt bad in room 320 - not sure if it’s that room or a general issue
They have a rooftop bar and restaurant which we didn’t even know about when booking and it was very pleasant so we decided to eat there as we arrived quite late and were tired after a very long drive
Breakfast was ok with the usual bread and jam and cheeses etc
Would return - the walk into arras is about 15 minutes so it’s not central but not too far

Arras near the train station
Well placed not far from the station and also easy access to an excellent course for running lovers. a very good rooftop restaurant and right next door a good Italian restaurant. During my stay I was unlucky: there was a wifi and hot water outage. Good morning if not generally.
