Bad experience.

Bad experience, they saw me once, they will never see again ...
Old room (114 euros per night) , cleaning 1 time "correct" 1 time badly done ... we no longer know who the customer is in there...unemptied ashtray, cleaning in va quickly and I asked for a change of bed linen, they charged me 15 euros extra...no conscientious Service, everything is to make money in this hotel...but no Service the most ultra...even if they make curvettes on arrival or breakfast!
Breakfast without more... it troubleshoots!
Attention for reservations...
I had to shorten my stay due to the loss of a loved one, they didn't want to know anything and billed me the remaining 3 nights for a total of 342 euros ... no commercial sense! While they could do it all...
In summary, I recommend the hotel thalazur a qq meters with which I have never had problems and where there is respect for the customer and the world is not laughed at with Service to the small care of customers in an environment and a much more pleasant setting ...

Very good stay

We had a great time! The hotel is very clean, the rooms well maintained and comfortable. The staff is particularly welcoming and friendly, always smiling and available. We were delighted with our experience and highly recommend this property
