Hotel with a beautiful, spacious room
Quality breakfast
The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
Beautiful view of the Gulf of Ajaccio from the terrace and the dining room.
A nice bonus of the hotel: our four-legged friends are welcome.
We will return with pleasure for a future stay.

But when we arrived we were disappointed with the hotel and the whole.
The reception by the mr was very cold, drawing lots for the key to the room.
No explanation for the installation.
We had booked seen sea we saw on the restaurant.
The smell in the room was unbearable so we had to open the windows. The room was not heated when we arrived.
The TV didn't work because the decoder is hidden behind the TV you have to know.
To our surprise were prefabs, finishes left to desired.
No soundproofing between the rooms, we could hear the neighbors talking, walking, in the toilet, TV etc....
No curtains just double curtains so no privacy since the room overlooks the neighbors terrace and the restaurant.
We do not understand the positive reviews of this hotel.
Don't take breakfast 9€ for mini frozen pastries not worth it.

Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Toutefois, nous sommes étonnés de ne pas avoir été informés de ces différents points durant votre présence. Notre équipe est disponible tout au long du séjour précisément pour répondre aux demandes de nos clients, et nous aurions naturellement proposé une solution immédiate, notamment un changement de chambre si nécessaire.
Concernant l’accueil, votre ressenti ne correspond pas aux retours que nous recevons habituellement, toutefois nous restons attentifs à toute remarque constructive.
La configuration de notre établissement, composée de chambres indépendantes, est clairement présentée et fait généralement partie des atouts appréciés pour son côté intimiste.
S’agissant du petit-déjeuner, nous proposons une formule simple à 9€. Les viennoiseries sont cuites sur place à partir de produits surgelés, comme dans la grande majorité des hôtels, afin de garantir fraîcheur et régularité. Ce choix est assumé et en cohérence avec le tarif proposé.
Enfin, nous prenons néanmoins en compte vos remarques concernant certains points techniques, qui seront vérifiés par notre équipe.
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu échanger avec vous sur place, ce qui nous aurait permis d’améliorer concrètement votre séjour.
