I stayed at Monarch Hotel for one weeks and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff were very friendly.
My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower system. The fixed overhead shower feels outdated, and a more modern shower design would make the rooms even better.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice place to stay for business. Rooms are modern and clean, restaurants have good food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaning staff were very friendly, food at breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room service was also good. `Only down side was my fries were cold but I got to know food in Addis are not usually hot. No complaints at all..

I had to remind the hotel about my airport shuttle on arrival although I had advised them previously. I waited for over half hour for the driver to pick me up. Apart from that I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! 😊

Amazing! I will definitely stay here again. Super kind and helpful staff - great food and an amazing location close to everything great.
Highly recommend.
