Good Customer service still exists deep in the trenches!!!

Here I am !!!!! Regarding Servant Leadership, Organizational Development, and the distinction between ethical standards and ethical dilemmas, the Harmony Hotel in Bole, Ethiopia, is in progress. In November of 2025, I haphazardly made the mistake of leaving a very valuable piece of personal property in the shower area of my Harmony Hotel accommodation. We are talking about a total of 7 months during which I was able to return to the Hotel to retrieve my property due to unforeseen circumstances. I am certain that I could find at least 10 people who could say the opposite of my experience with lost-and-found property, but the Harmony Hotel staff and management, namely Mr. Selesh Melaku, made a difference in my business by ensuring that I was reunited with my property, and I am forever grateful. I recommend this Hotel based not only on my property getting back to me, but overall, it is a great location to use when visiting Bole, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The building was under reconstruction so there was loud banging sound in the morning. There was also a delay in getting in touch with room service and getting the food I ordered. I was told they forgot about my order.
However, housekeeping was very thorough and accommodating to my request.
