Very good 200 room hotel next to Parque National de Malabo.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 6PM after an excellent meet/greet hotel transfer from the SSG Airport.
A nice English-speaking receptionist copied our passports, processed the payment, then we took one of the 2 elevators to the 3rd floor.
Room #331was carpeted, opening to a fully outfitted bathroom with a tile shower & bathtub. The spacious bedroom had a closet, refrigerator, water & kettle, a comfortable king across a normal TV(BBC, CNN in English & many Spanish/French channels/ others), desk and an easy chair. The window looked over their large pool. Good WiFi, lightning & several outlets.
The 6AM breakfast was excellent with an omelette station & buffet: fresh fruits/juices, cereals, yogurts, hot dishes(vegetables, potatoes, bacon, sausage, mushrooms & rice), cheeses/ham, speciality salads, breads, croissants and coffee with hot milk.
Overall, we enjoyed this hotel’s clean 40’ x 100’ lap pool, the outdoor 20 station gym & the sculpted landscape which continues to the National Park.

Thank you to Sabrina, Carmen, Evangelina and Agnes - best team ever!

I recently booked at the Bisila Palace Hotel for two of my directors, including bedrooms and meeting rooms, to host an important event. From the very beginning to the end, everything was absolutely perfect.
Despite several last-minute changes, including multiple adjustments to the number of attendees and one meeting cancellation, Sabrina was understanding, flexible, and highly professional. She and her team remained attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring our meetings were a success.
The meeting facilities were extremely well prepared with great attention to detail. They were comfortable, modern, with nice refreshments. The overall organisation was excellent, and every request was handled promptly and always with a smile.
Sabrina, Carmen and Evangelina were truly exceptional, warm, responsive, and proactive. A special mention goes to the IT support, Mr Miguel, who ensured that the internet connection and all devices worked seamlessly throughout the event.
Everyone involved was very impressed, and we will definitely return for future meetings. I highly recommend this hotel. I would also like to highlight that the team speaks fluent Spanish as well as English, French, and Portuguese. Sabrina truly went above and beyond expectations.

Nice rooms, great pool, great breakfast, attention to parties, close to airport

A large concrete block near the airport, large, well-equipped rooms, unfortunately ice-cooled (windows cannot be opened, so you can immediately turn off AC) the largest pool in the country, very good food, nice service. Attention: Outside the pool, parties sometimes take place, with a volume that doesn't even double ear opax help. In such a case, change to a room towards the parking lot. Big bed, upholstery takes getting used to, otherwise everything is ok. Kettle for coffee and tea available, the bags are refilled daily. Refrigerator available. 4. Floor has better rooms, insistently. With pool view.
I always had the food delivered to my room because you just freeze to death in the restaurant. But always arrived warm, with up to an hour waiting. Breakfast excellent, with own egg cook, lots of fresh fruit and even good smoked salmon, hello. You only have to find one of the few tables in the breakfast room where the icy fan is not so bad. Coffee is not special. Ladies at service extremely friendly.
5 minutes drive from the airport, also downtown Malabo is nearby. But only with a tour or a pre-ordered taxi, which also takes you back at a certain time. There is no public transport. The most beautiful beach is Sipopo Beach near the massively overpriced Sofitel Hotel. But the beach is free, there are restaurants. You need transfer or taxi.
