Everything was great!!
We stayed at Serenity in May 2026, and our experience was absolutely exceptional!
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the entire property is extremely well maintained.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive and always smiling (thank you Edris from restaurant). Their kindness and professionalism made us feel genuinely valued and taken care of throughout our entire holiday.
Everything was simply outstanding — the service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the attention to detail. It is clear that the hotel puts a lot of effort into creating a wonderful experience for its guests.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. Serenity Sky Arc Sahl Hasheesh exceeded all our expectations and is definitely a place we highly recommend!

Amazing family vacation
Well what can I say after a rocky first night with room issues everything changed and certainly for the better. This hotel is amazing and is driven predominantly by the fantastic staff ❤️ they work tirelessly to ensure everyone is happy. A massive thank you to our cleaner Syad who from day one could not do enough for us, our beautiful rooms were always pristine. Next we would like to thank the bar staff who were all superb, special mention to Abdul, Mina and Michael Jackson ( you know who you are) , Mohammed. To all the lobby bar staff for putting up with the Irish mafias crazy antics into the early hours who were always smiling.
To all the waiters thank you.
Finally to the animation team who really are amazing, we will never forget the Aqua Gym by Ferrari ( unique in its own right ! ). Dasha your energy filled us with joy ❤️

Amazing week in amazing hotel
Our stay at the Serenity Hotel was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. A special thanks to the staff, who were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our entire visit. The food was also delicious with plenty of options. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!
