Staff was super friendly. Parking was easy and secure. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Good stay in Riobamba, parking was available and breakfast OK! Room nice with useful minibar options available for purchase.
The reception charged me mistakenly at first as I had already paid online, but they caught their error already even before I did, and promptly fixed it.
