It is like an oasis, we had a sea view room that was private and spacious. Enjoyed the swimming pool to cool off. Friendly helpful service

Unsanitary and unsanitary room, nothing good; scam

This hotel is a scam and should be shut down. The air conditioning is not working. The TV isn't working. The shower drain is covered with water that fills 5 cm and we could never shower. The pipe crosses the room and leaks. Uninsulated stripped electrical cables. The only window is blocked by the peripheral enclosure wall, and they'd left it open and put a dozen wasps in. Walls with mold and paint coming out of the moisture. Disgusting. The beds are for Kids and the sheets are off as if someone had slept together before. Multiple times we asked them to come to solve the problems or to change our rooms, but to no avail. The woman in reception is indifferent to everything that is happening to us and says that there is nothing she can do since the owner did not authorize change and there is no one to fix the problems of habitation since it is weekend. One of the employees sweeping the floor confessed to me that there was a voltage change a week ago and the air conditioners and televisions were burned. The ethical thing would be not to rent the affected rooms until you solve the problems. But this hotel prefers to defraud guests and continue renting rooms, knowing that such rooms are not habitable. Finally, the next day they did not give breakfast and were overcharging us $15, according to the reception woman, who was wrong to do the math.

The hotel was quite rundown that bedding was stained and the shower was ice cold no hot water in the morning. Plus when I booked it was $60 Canadian and I was charged $60 American

The hotel is dated and i am sure was quite a hotel in its past.
The staff was very helpful & courteous and did their best to make this right.

Better to sleep on the Beach

WORST ACCOMODATION EVER during our 3 years vacation @ Ecuador! We were the lonely guest: NO room service, NO Communication, NO breakfast ( but paid!) … the 1. and last activity was to charge our Mastercard when we‘ve arrived … Thank U for Nothing :-(
