Como en casa

El Hostal cuenta con lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, las habitaciones son cómodas y la atención es excelente. Don Marío y su personal siempre están muy atentos y prestos a dar muy buenas recomendaciones de la ciudad. Mi recomendación 100 % del Hostal

Not recommended

Very bad treatment from the receptionist.
Low quality of service.
In fact I didn't use the room even though I paid for it.
Much difference between what was offered and what was received.
The area is easy to access but they do not have parking near the hotel.
Not recommended.

Needs improvement

The receptionist was rather grumpy and wanted to charge more for a windowless box than was shown on booking.com. Haggled her down to $39 a night for a room at the front with huge windows (but no view). It was a good looking room but there was no hot water. Only 2 hand towels provided, no bath towels. We asked for bath towels, she said they don't have any. Wifi worked OK. Poor breakfast but it is provided in your room.

Acogedor para toda la familia

El hostal cuenta con espacios amplios, acogedores, cómodos y limpios. Además nos gustó mucho que tienen espacio para nuestro perrihijo, el también fue bienvenido en el hostal. Hay espacio para todos/as, mis hijas también disfrutaron mucho de la piscina y el espacio exterior.

Deberían implementar pago con tarjeta tanto de débito y crédito para no solo cancelar con efectivo y así poder tener varias opciones de pago y que la gente no tenga un limitante en ese aspecto, todo lo demás muy bien.
