Hotel is calm, clean, in nature, a lot of free parking places. We have been in the restaurant. Quality of dinner excellent. But waiting time was from another galaxy. We waited 40 minutes before taking the order. Not even asking for a drink. Other people left after 20 minutes waiting. So management please review your service in the restaurant. After the order it was a normal waiting time. We have been offered a free beer for the waiting time by the nice and friendly waitress. Also the price for the ravioli on the bill was not the price on the menu card.

Not recommendable hotel

Can't recommend it. We had bought two weather m fjord view. We didn't get that. German family got so small a weather they barely be there.
If you need help after 19, you must wait until after 10 the next day.
Wcboard loosely and no remote for TV.
Aw.
Reminded a little about a standard hostel.

Nice, clean hotel
Staff are helpfull and thinking with you.
I travel for bussines and don't know how long I will stay in the hotel.
The first time in 16 years the staff her was warning me for extend my stay because the hotel was almost full booked.

Disappointing stay

We were assigned a wrong room on arrival, but got the right one after we complained about it. Bathroom and room were dirty and worn. There were no closets to hang clothes in. Udenoms areas were not well kept, there were weeds and wiped flowers. The place is not disability friendly or suitable for walkways. There was a lot of noise, noise from those who lived next to and above. You could hear everything from the neighbor. You could only see DR1 on their TV. We were very disappointed about the place and went home early.

Will very much come back

Nice stay in idyllic frameworks. Beautiful and lovely hotel with the sweetest staff, both in the reception and in the restaurant. Very service-minded and smiling. Super delicious breakfast buffet and lovely 3-course dinner in the restaurant. Very nice premises and cosy furnished rooms and apartment. Can warmly recommend
