The rooms and hotel are lovely. The staff were very nice and attentive. The only issue is that reception is not manned a lot of the time. So if you can't get into your room or lose your key your have to ring a number, which can be time-consuming

Room was on the 3rd floor with reduced headroom due to the sloping roof. Disappointing there was no tea/coffee provided in the room & the television didn’t work. Plus points were the cleanliness and location.

Nothing wrong whit the room, all in it is as sheep as it come.
But the service when you call them at midnight to get in !, under educated kids whit training, ill call them ( had to call 2 times) rude n dumb. The couldent answer any question..

Reseption closed at 14.00, not all day as stated in the hotel or website.
Newly renovated room, but expensive for what you get.

Wrong info on booking site

I am very dissatisfied with the booking website. It was not clear that breakfast was not included in the booking. It says that there is a fitness facility, but they advertise SATS, which tourists do not have access to. So in other words, there are no fitness facilities at or near the hotel. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea bags or instant coffee. If you expect a hotel with peace and quiet, this is not the place either. There is noise from trains, the harbor, and nearby construction sites. Will I return? Probably again in two years, because I have no alternative in Køge on Christmas night.
