Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, awesome free sporting activities for both kids and adults (including badminton, table tennis, minigolf and more), 20 minute drive from Legoland

Our only complaint was the lack of blinds. There was only a thin cotton curtain - this made the room very bright in the morning. Hard to sleep. And the room got very warm as well since we were facing the sun for most of the afternoon/evening. On that same note we also wished there would have been a fan (or a/c though I understand that might be asking a bit much)
So yes, warm and bright made it hard to sleep. The rest of the hotel and all the activities were great!!!

Good place and good experience
Excellent hotel and conference center.
Stayed from Saturday to Sunday.
The rooms are clean and neat, the food is fine and there is really good control of everything about serving and arrangement.
Delicious breakfast where there was nothing missing.
Lovely and polite staff at the reception.
Thinking it's really good for corporate events or parties.
Romantic stay, there I will probably find somewhere else

Family-friendly but not designed for families
We found this hotel as a recommendation for families for a Legoland visit.
When booking and arriving, the hotel made a very good impression: modern, friendly Service, clean rooms.
Since we had been driving for a long time, we decided to take dinner at the hotel. The buffet and Service were really worth highlighting. There was bread with butter, a small but appetizing selection of salads, burgers and nuggets, roast lamb, salmon, bolognese, pasta, rice and potatoes. The food was prepared in small portions and immediately replaced as soon as something was empty. As a result, despite the buffet character, there was no stale food. The kids got dessert for free.
On the way to the room we discovered the outdoor area with bouncy castle and trampoline, but the latter unfortunately without safety net.
On a second look into the room it was noticeable that it was actually a twin room with two extra beds. Three beds were on one wall, the fourth was at the foot of it. For us as a family so unfortunately not usable, so we then pushed the three beds together and slept four in three beds. But that is our problem and certainly does not affect everyone.
Unfortunately, the beds were also rather uncomfortable for us, as they do not seem to be of high quality.
The bathroom didn't look very modern, the main color was yellow. In addition, there was a structural defect, as the water from the shower ran past the drain straight into the vestibule. Therefore, the door already had shortcomings on the lower edge.
All of this has sadly clouded the good first impression, so we only experienced the hotel as average good.

This was a very good hotel near Billund, and it worked really well as a base for visiting Legoland. It’s a modern, well-equipped hotel with great infrastructure.
It suited my kids well — they had access to an indoor area in one of the conference rooms with mini golf and even some kind of setup that allowed them to play badminton. It was a great way to keep them entertained between activities, especially during the very hot season.
However, the room we stayed in had almost no ventilation other than two windows, which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. That was a major downside for us. We asked the reception for a fan, and the staff did their best to help us find one. It helped a little but didn’t completely solve the problem. We understand that the building isn’t ideal for heatwaves, but it was still very uncomfortable during the night.
Breakfast was average. The coffee wasn’t very tasty, but they did offer a wide variety of food options, which was a definite plus. One highlight was the excellent service — both in the restaurant at breakfast and at the reception. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and that left a very positive impression.
