The Right place to stay

Very pleasant experience, this place is the right place to stay. I do highly recommend when you are looking for the hotel to enjoy some relax.

We had a nice time at the Volcano Spa Hotel! The staff was great, very helpful and nice. It was super convenient to get into the city center, just a short walk to the bus. The hotel itself was well maintained, and the food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I think our only complaints were that we did find a daddy long legs in our room the first night, and we weren’t able to adjust the AC, so it was too warm (for our tastes). But overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend it!

The hotel does not have a pool as described on the website. Seems that the staff is more focused on guest for the Spa, rather than the hotel guests.
Was informed that charging was included in the parking fee during check in, but had to pay for charging during checkout. Different parking policy depending how you booked the hotel.
I expect a higher professionalism from a “four” star hotel.
The hotel is not recommended for families with children.

nice style clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Sadly you have to pay for facilities like spa (why???). In addition the food/dinner was good, but first time to experience that when you order chicken and steak, you only got that??? No dressing and no green.. It was not cheap either. But other than that, food was ok.
Also one thing hope that they check all the things in the room is ok and working.
in our bath room, floor rock was broken( it was moving) so every time when you open the bath door, it was kinda blocking to open the glass door.

Magnificent hotel and spa brilliant city wish I visited years ago and definitely will be back! 10/10

Top hotel, fantastic staff every last one, they all went the extra mile to make sure my stay was a good as possible.
Hotel is immaculate, food 10/10, Beer and drink 10/10 Spa was fantastic great hospitality and service. Due to the brilliant Uber taxi service in Prague at good prices travelling around is no issue. As with the hotel, clean friendly helpful people all grounded in a great Christian culture. ❤️ looking forward to coming back again.
