Huge apartment on a great location with issues

The apartment for 12 people is spacious, on a great location but needs some renovation, additional chairs and larger cooking pots. General cleanliness was below expected, however sheats and towels were ok. Be aware that parking nearby is a problem and costly.

It's Nothing Like the Photos!

The Riverview Residence is an accommodation for stag parties and large groups of young partiers. It is definitely NOT suited to business travelers or families. I booked here because it is listed as an accommodation for business travellers and my husband was in Prague on business. The apartment was very dirty with mould around the bathtub, dirt and stains on the sofa and linens and flies swarming the apartment every time we opened the windows. The internet was practically non-existent. I attempted to contact management to let them know I was unhappy about groups coming in at 3:30 am, very loudly, slamming the front door and shouting, but the emails all bounced. Once I finally had enough, after seeing two more large groups check-in, I made the international phone call to the management on my mobile phone and was assured by Christina that I would be refunded by her manager if I checked out early. The next day, the manager, Matej, stopped answering my messages after telling me that the groups had been warned about the noise. I was also told that I would not get my security deposit back until Monday because their accountant does not work on Friday. They held 200 Euro for an extra 4 days for no reason (*update-I still have not received my security deposit one week later). I very strongly urge anyone who has any standard of hygiene, and who wants to get any sleep to avoid RiverView Residence and any affiliated properties. I believe that they know they have foreign visitors over a barrel and they capitalize on cramming large groups in two bedroom apartments on filthy old twin size IKEA beds.
