Spokojenost vsemi smery

Ubytovani, i veskere sluzby na urovni, sympaticky personal. Nemam vyhrady ani ke strave, dobry obed a pestra snidane, kde si kazdy mohl vybrat to sve. Klidne prostredi, bokem od centra mesta, pritom vsude blizko...

Unfair price policy

We have booked this hotel 6 months ago for a fixed price, of course. After arrival, the hotel reception requires immediate payment and there is CZK 100 higher price per night than the booked one. The receptionist argues with the new pricelist and a story about the inflation.
We complained but the owner reportedly refused to accept our claim on fair treatment.
Otherwise, we had no substantial objections to the services except for quite unstable/ weak wi-fi signal. 3 star is a limit for this hotel and the rooms and services correspond.

Good hotel for reasonable price.

Very nice and clean inside. Lovely staff nice polite, as it was not busy we had lovely chat outside while serving drinks, meals etc. Youg lady behind reception was really hellpful and very professional. Rooms ok, nice and clean. Diner was very good and tasty for reasonable price. Breakfast is ok. Bread with many choices, croissant etc. Or you can have warm breakfast from menu. Overaly I would say good value for money, next time in this town I would go back there.

A good hotel

From the outside, hotel seems as normal 3* star hotel, with nothing special...
But from the inside, you will get climatiozation in rooms, big new elevator, spa, and so on...
Just stayed there for one night, but i was amazed, definitly a good hotel

Stay at the Hotel Rudolf

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days last week. The staff were friendly and the hotel rooms were clean. I felt the room lacked sockets for charging mobile phones etc and being on the top floor was rather warm. I would stay there again
