A visit to Cheb

A nice hotel with good value for money.
Very friendly staff and breakfast is ok.
The bed was very hard but that is the case in most hotels.
You couldn't get a TV from the bed because it was way too low. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely come back

Good and inexpensive

Very good location right next to the marketplace.
Friendly staff. Despite direct booking with the hotel with confirmation no reservation available, but still receive a room.
Simple but good breakfast. Free parking.

My girlfriend has just started work in Cheb, so I booked this hotel to visit her. We stayed in room 12. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a corner sofa. The hotel is amazing and right in a centre of the old town. I will be booking this hotel on a regular basis and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to visit this amazing little town

Great location, spacious rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent just few steps from main square but far enough to be quiet. The room was pretty spacious with comfortable furniture and bed, nice bathroom. The breakfast were good enough with little lack of fresh fruits. Private parking is an advantage.

Unfriendly and partially closed. Nice breakfast.

We arrived by motorbike and were able to park the bike under cover at the rear of the hotel which was good. However the check in staff member was very abrupt and rude, and only seem interested in taking payment, before retreating back into the back office. We were also advised with a shrug of shoulders that both the bar and restaurant were closed, which was not advised when we booked a few days before. There was a large fridge in reception with cold drinks, which was pointed out with a grunt.
The room was large, and well presented, but would have benefitted by having a small fridge.
Breakfast was good, with a good selection of breads, meats and cheeses, and even a friendly smile and welcome from the nice lady running the breakfast! Perhaps she should train the unpleasant check in staff.
Will not use this hotel again, not with with that type of welcome! 2 out 5 because of nice room and breakfast. Let down by staff attitude, and closed bar and restaurant, and lack of advice about this when booking.
