We booked two rooms, but they gave us the second room at 4:30 PM. Late check-in.
We like the pool. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious.

Five-Star Hotel, Two-Star Service

I am writing this review based on my parents’ recent stay at Radisson Blu Larnaca.
Overall, their experience was disappointing, especially considering that the hotel presents itself as a five-star property.
The one clear positive was the room: it was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. However, they did pay extra for the sea view, so this was something they expected.
Breakfast was very limited for a hotel of this standard, and several items that ran out during breakfast were not replenished.
What was particularly disappointing was the lack of basic service for an early check-out. My parents and my nephew had to leave the hotel at around 2:00 a.m. for an early flight, but the hotel was unable to provide even a simple breakfast box prepared in advance.
The hotel was also unable to arrange a taxi for them and simply sent them outside to look for one. Luckily, there happened to be a single taxi waiting outside at that time.
The swimming pool was extremely cold, which made it unpleasant to use.
Most importantly, my parents found the general attitude of the staff unwelcoming and not particularly helpful. At times, they felt as though they were an inconvenience rather than guests.
Unfortunately, based on their experience, the overall level of service did not match what one would reasonably expect from a five-star hotel.

One of the worst, if not the worst, 5 star hotel I've EVER stayed at :-(

One of the worst, if not the worst, 5-star hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at. The room was late - I arrived 10 mins early and yet we waited 30 mins before it was ready. The room (904) was in a very poor condition - shower doors that won't open, bathroom sliding doors that don't open, balcony glass that hasn't be cleaned in months, if not years. Rusty bathroom fixtures, alongside toilet brushes that are hanging out of the wall. I could go on, but suffice to say that there is much room for improvement, as the hotel is currently a poor 4 star and nowhere near where a 5-star would be.

Very good and friendly service

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Especially we like to thank Cristina Papadopoulos, she is working in the lobby of the hotel.

Impromptu stay

We stayed at this hotel for one night in between stays. I didn't expect much and it was just a last minute stay in between flights.
I was surprised at the level of service and care this place provided.
It happened to be my wife birthday and I wrote down in the remarks to let them know.
Without asking - we found birthday cake in our room - everyone was super nice and helpful. Carolina helped us with everything, ordered Taxi and made sure everything was great.
We will come again
